š¹ Option 1: Iron Fleet Transport ā OTR Position
Schedule:
Minimum 2 weeks on the road
2ā4 days off between runs
Pay:
$0.65 CPM
Weekly settlements
NO hidden fees
Deductions:
Escrow: $1,000 total ($250/week for 4 weeks)
Occupational insurance: $175/month

š¹ Option 3: Steel Fleet Transport ā Owner Operator Fleet Position
(Work directly with a truck owner who has multiple trucks in our company)
Position Details:
OTR schedule: 4ā6 weeks on the road / 1 week home
Consistent lanes and reliable planning
Supportive dispatch and steady freight
Pay Information:
$0.65 CPM
Weekly settlements
NO ESCROW

You will be working directly with the truck owner, who will:
ā Explain all details clearly
ā Help you get settled
ā Provide direct support while you're on the road
You're not just a driver ā you're part of the team.
š¹ Option 4: Partner Company ā Company Driver Position
Orientation: Chicago (2ā3 hours)
We cover:
Transportation to Chicago
1 night hotel stay
All required Uber rides
Pay:
Up to $0.63 CPM (based on experience & driving record)
Average weekly miles: ~3,100
1099 position
Bonuses ā Clean DOT Inspections:
Level 3: $350
Level 2: $600
Level 1: $1,500
3 consecutive clean Level 1 inspections: $5,000 total
Weekly Deductions:
Escrow: $1,000 total ($250/week for 4 weeks, refunded 45 days after quitting with 2-week notice)
Occupational insurance: $45/week
Direct deposit fee: $5/week
