Pinch Transport's Sand/Aggregate Hauling Division is seeking Owner-Operators to lease-on OR Carriers with own Authority to haul various aggregate/gravel/road base within the greater Abilene area using Belly Dump Trailers. Power-only needed for Leased-on Owner Operators or they can provide own Belly Dump Trailer. Carriers must provide their own trailers, but Pinch can help source trailers for Carriers. Come partner-up with Pinch and experience long-term success with our team. Job details below:
OWNER OPERATOR & CARRIER PERKS:
❖ 6 days a week Schedule (Sundays off), Mainly Daytime Hours, Night time work additionally available; HOME NIGHTLY IF YOU LIVE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO ABILENE, TX
❖ 24/7 Dispatch Support
❖ No touch delivery, easy work
❖ Fuel Card provided with Fuel Discounts for LEASED-ON OWNER OPERATORS only
❖ New Belly Dump Trailers Available
COMPENSATION:
❖ Paid per load based on the tonnage weight & mileage of the load | $13,000-$18,000 net/take-home monthly to the Leased-on Owner Operator | Carrier Partners receive 90% of customer rate

LEASED-ON OWNER OPERATOR DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
❖ Valid U.S. Class A CDL and Medical Card
❖ 2-Years of verifiable Tractor-Trailer experience with U.S. Employers
❖ Acceptable driving record (MVR/PSP report) and Background Check
❖ Aggregate hauling Experience Preferred
LEASED-ON OWNER OPERATOR TRUCK REQUIREMENTS:
❖ Truck must be in DOT-Compliant condition and pass DOT Inspection
❖ Truck must be rated for 80,000LBS GVW
❖ Truck must have a Sleeper berth unless you live within a commutable distance to Abilene, TX
❖ Truck Year Model must be less than 20 years old
❖ Truck will need to have toggle switches installed in cab to operate tarp and clamshell of the belly dump trailer
