Description: Rare length: 28' L. Width: 7'6." Deck height off ground approx. 32." Solid Steel deck, double-buttressed, (frame and deck, all 1/4" thick steel construction). Matching off-set 15" rims on 11LT AG Flotation 8-ply HD tires with Firestone tubes.
History: Originally fabricated as a cotton trailer bought directly from the Kory plant and sold out of a Kory distributorship in Lubbock. This trailer spent it's life with (1) family on a cotton farm in Rochester, TX. Kory's were known for their strength and excellent machining. They have extremely stout spindles, bearings and steering gear. This wagon, even at 28,' can turn on itself. The trailer tongue is the HD OEM factory re-enforced upgraded style. The HD frame is tapered with heavy-duty pin-hitch on the back, (these can be towed in multiples and will track/follow the lead vehicle).
It is very easy to move on flat level ground by (1) person. This trailer will not sink in the mud, even fully loaded. Perfect for pulling hay off your fields, portable stacking, portable hay storage, water tote transport, feed storage, bulk pipe storage, fence building and bulk feed storage. These trailers are excellent for raw material moving and will hold every bit of 28,000 lbs, no problem. Excellent condition. Ready to work. Sold as AG equipment with digital image imposed on a written receipt; (expendable – durable agricultural equipment). As such, this wagon can be deducted on your federal income tax return as expendable durable equipment over a period of five years. This is an excellent investment as well as an excellent piece of equipment for moving or storing hay in and out of shelter from the elements. We use them to feed our Longhorn Cattle directly off the back during periods of inclement weather. These are getting harder and harder to find in this specific 28' length. The only thing I will trade for is quality Vietnam era man-hunting devices and / or quality weed-free fertilized hay. We can work out the logistics, but I'll need the wagon paid for or traded for IN FULL before it leaves our ranch.
