Camper front face has some "oil canning" effect that is purely cosmetic. I installed some eternabond tape along all roof/vent seams 2 years ago just as a precautionary measure. Installed new roof vent covers, replaced water pump and bathroom faucet at same time. Solid little trailer I just don't travel for work like that anymore. Comes with a few extras like a sway bar kit, mirror extensions, surge protector, 120AC adapter. All interior lights were replaced with white LEDs. The TV I installed in the bedroom will stay. Has an outdoor kitchen with counter/sink/cutting board/cabinet. Also includes OEM gas grill that attaches to swing out arm off the back bumper where there is a quick attachment for propane that ties to the tanks on the tongue. NO PROPANE TANKS INCLUDED. Awning has some wear but still provides shade and rain cover. Boards you see on the bed in photos were removed for accessing the slide motor that DOES NEED TO BE REPLACED. It's a sub $200 part. It will actually still pull the slide in with the button. But to get it out you must hold the button and have some friends push it out. Not a big deal if the intention is leaving it one place like a hunting lease. Everything works as expected except for this function. AC works great. I will include a window unit that slides right into the bedroom window slot when that window is removed. Pic included of the window unit installed. I used it this way in hotter areas and kept the roof AC from overworking itself and just overall cooler. I like it cold at night. Hot water heater heats just fine. CLEAR TEXAS TITLE. $9500 OBO
