Ideal Subcontractor:
5+ years of professional painting experience
Experienced in residential repaint work
Owns necessary painting tools and equipment
Has reliable transportation, truck, or van
Able to manage projects and crews efficiently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Produces clean, consistent, high-quality work
Maintains a professional appearance and attitude on job sites
Requirements:
Must carry general liability insurance
Reliable and dependable
Ability to meet schedules and deadlines
Knowledge of proper prep, masking, spraying, and cleanup procedures
