R3 Home Solutions is urgently seeking professional, reliable, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as a Satellite Internet Installation Technicians!
As a technician you will be responsible for completing installations and repairs for HughesNet Satellite Internet customers at residential locations on-time with the highest quality and customer service. Prior experience installing Hughes, ViaSat, DirecTV, Dish, etc. is a plus, but not required as we will train the right individuals. Qualifications:
-Comfortable working on ladders, elevated heights and performing cable runs (interior and exterior)
-Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
-Must have reliable truck or van, and basic installation tools (ladder, cordless drill, cable tools, etc.)
-Ability to pass background check and drug screen
-Legally eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor in the U.S
Compensation & Benefits:
-$110(+) per completed installation depending on work order details
-Extra $ Fuel Spiff per completed installation
-4 Day Work Week- NO WEEKENDS other than 1 Saturday per month

-Ability to pick up extra work day if desired
-Installation equipment shipped directly to your home with no unnecessary trips to the office
-Weekly pay via direct deposit

Pay: The majority of our technicians take home $1,200-$1,600 per week with top earners making even more choosing to work additional days.
Responsibilities
-Perform standard residential HughesNet installations and repairs (dish mounting, cable runs, modem/router setup, and activation)
-Troubleshoot and resolve any installation or system problems at the site
-Effectively and proactively communicate with customers regarding ETA, installation plan, and use of their system
-Complete all required documentation and photos accurately and on time
-Maintain a professional appearance and positively represent HughesNet and R3 Home Solutions
-Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations team regarding job status and any issues
-Effectively manage on-hand inventory and equipment orders with operations team
