✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating construction, earthmoving, or excavation equipment
• Background in heavy equipment operation or related construction roles
• CDL or Heavy Equipment Operator certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow safety protocols and job site procedures
• Physical stamina for demanding job site conditions and long shifts
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Understanding of GPS equipment and job site technology

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate bulldozers, graders, backhoes, compactors, excavators, haul trucks, and cranes
• Move earth, dig, load, haul, and spread materials
• Conduct pre-use checks and routine maintenance inspections
• Follow blueprints, site plans, and safety procedures
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and crew members
• Assist with lifting/pushing/pulling materials over 60 lbs when required
• Operate machinery in varied weather conditions (heat, humidity, dust, fumes, vibration)
• Maintain full compliance with safety regulations to minimize workplace risks
