We are opening a new trade school in Abilene this fall, training electricians for the data center construction going up across the region. Programs are built backwards from what employers actually need, with an AI enabled learning platform handling classroom theory so training takes weeks, not years. We are hiring our founding instructor.
Who we need: a master electrician, or a journeyman with 10+ years who has run crews as a foreman or general foreman. Someone who genuinely likes teaching and mentoring. No tech background needed.
The deal: pay matched to what you would make in the field, $120,000 to $160,000 depending on experience. Monday through Friday days. You build the hands on program from scratch with the founding team.
