Journeyman Plumber – Lead Our Residential Division (Sign-on Bonus Available)
The Opportunity:
Are you a licensed Journeyman Plumber tired of being "just another truck" in a massive fleet. Do you want to be apart of a team who respects your expertise? Walker Tradesman Plumbing is looking for a leader to take the reins of our residential plumbing department. This isn't just a service role; it’s an opportunity to set the standard, mentor apprentices, and run the show by shaping the next generation of plumbers.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the Charge: Manage residential service calls, from complex diagnostics to full repipes.
• Expert Craftsmanship: Perform high-quality installs, repairs, and maintenance on water heaters, fixtures, and drainage systems.
• Mentorship: Guide and train apprentice plumbers to ensure the Walker Tradesman Plumbing quality remains consistent.
• Customer Relations: Act as the face of the company, providing honest assessments and clear solutions to homeowners.

Requirements:
• Valid State Journeyman Plumber License.
• 5+ years of residential experience.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• The ability to troubleshoot on the fly and communicate clearly with clients.
