These are actually one of the best OD / ID holding chucks for round thin wall material
without having to reverse the jaws due to the rounded type jaws for round ID clamping.
This chuck is brand new, I never even mounted it, still has the original cosmoline on it
too. I did use the original box to send out another chuck I had a guy wanted, so I don't
have the box anymore. Never intended to sell this chuck but things happen etc. Great
chuck for your Monarch, Clausing Colchester, LeBlond, Kingston, Summit, South Bend
lathe etc if your looking for a nice 6 jaw set tru chuck with a D1-6 camlock spindle mount.
You can beat the crazy import tariffs and save close to 700 bucks here for this new chuck.
BTC / PC chucks are actually great quality, I have several of them I use, I actually would
rate them just below a Bison, Gator and Toolmex are not that good as in quality detailed
manufactured wise, Sanou is makes pretty good chucks, a notch below BTC, obviously
Buck and Cushman chucks are top notch US made chucks, but twice the price or more.
So in my opinion, Bison, BTC / PC or Sanou and the best import chucks for the money.
