CNC Mini Mill - includes extras - $600 (Hawley)

Based on a Harbor Freight Mini Mill (9x3, or something like that - probably pretty much the same as this: https://www.harborfreight.com/two-speed-variable-bench-mill-drill-machine-44991.html, but around 17 years old.)
I converted it to CNC, and I'm including the computer, monitor, a lot of tools and accessories, and the white home-built stand that you see it on.
It's pretty complete - I'll even include a coolant tank/pump. I missed taking a picture of it, but I think it's the Little Giant machine coolant pump. It's basically everything I bought when I got interested in this. A variety of collets, end mills, facing tools, measurement tools, etc. The black toolbox in some of the photos. A couple of chucks. See the photos. I probably put $2,500 into it, maybe more.
I stopped using it a long time back, and it has been idle, taking up space and collecting dust. It works, but it needs a good tune up. It's not "usable" at the moment. It turns on, and the drivers are good, and the motors are good, and the computer controls it, but it's not running smoothly, and you couldn't just fire it up and mill something with it.
This thing is looking for someone who thinks the idea of CNC is cool, and wants to learn, and is looking for a hobby / project. I'll give you everything you need to get into it for a fraction of what you'd spend buying new like I did, but you'll have to be willing to learn, tinker, and troubleshoot a bit. Well, you'd have to do that anyway, that's how CNC is. You might get a bit dirtier with this one, but maybe not.
Oh, I don't think the z-axis limit switch is working. I don't know if the switch is stuck, or if there's a wiring problem, or if it just needs cleaning. It used to work.
I recently 'dusted it off', updated the software on the computer, replaced a hard drive, etc. But didn't really have a reason to dial the whole thing back in. But I think the Z switch was working then. Not sure what happened. Anyway, I've concluded that I want the space it takes up more than I want it, so I'm hoping it can find a new home.

I may be willing to help with delivery if needed, but that'll cost extra depending on how far I have to drive.
