Fixer upper or for parts. Motor has compression, wheels and frame in good shape, tires are junk and will not hold air. Does not have a seat. I got it thinking I would fix it up, just don't have the time. Make a good go cart. You can bring $250 cash or offer me somthing to trade. I can load it for you.
