This is a commission-based role with flexible scheduling. You will work with clients who have already expressed interest in life insurance, presenting solutions that protect their families. No cold calling. No script-reading to uninterested strangers.
First-year agents with our system typically earn $50,000-$80,000. The schedule is yours. Most agents work from home and set their own hours around their life, not the other way around.
We provide structured training and a mentorship track, and offer a discount on licensing costs with support through the process. Prior insurance experience is not required. We hire for mindset and train for skill.
