Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Prol Driver in Abilene, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Prol Officer a busy retail locion, where you will conduct routine prols, remain visible to help deter security-reled incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communicion. This is a driving and armed post requiring a valid driver's license in ste and a Level III Armed Certificion in Texas. Job Schedule:

Wh You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or approprie emergency response activities a retail locion.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and communicing with local law enforcement when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access-reled concerns, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violions to site management.
• Support retail loss prevention efforts by observing customer and employee activity, addressing routine questions, and helping to maintain an orderly environment through visible presence and professional interaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the ste where the job is loced.
• A Level III Armed Certificion is required in Texas only.
• Be least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Must possess one or more of the following;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of military, law enforcement, or corrections officer experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of employment in an armed security role
  • Current employment with Allied Universal with a minimum of four (4) years armed experience
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
