Collapses to pull easy with V6, with V8 will barely know its there. Sets up in just minutes. Has 3 burner stove, 3 way to run small refrigerator, heat and air, wet bath (toilet and shower together) 2 new batteries, 2 propane tanks. Tires ok few more miles, no dry rot. Unusual for camper this small: bunk bed front end (by tongue which could sleep 3 or 4 and large U shape dinette which makes a bed that can sleep 2 adults or 2 or 3 kids; Needs work done due to a leak, (left blinker doesn't always work; back outside seams need reinforcing; soft spot in floor by bathroom) but most of needed things included. Complete instruction notebook included. Might make good hunting or fishing camp, especially if you have electricity. Clear title. I'm only 2nd owner. Clear title provided; title search NOT provided.
