We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Paid Intern to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in property management and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company websites
- Set up and maintain model units
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Run background checks for applicants
- Advertise on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook
- Conduct foot marketing in surrounding areas
- Order and manage marketing materials
- Maintain and improve curb appeal
- Assist with tenant retention initiatives and resident activities
- Help resident’s complete applications
- Collect and organize tenant documents for approval
- Participate in large community events
- Coordinate and promote move-in specials
- Prepare move-in packets and resident gifts
Requirements:
- Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and after hours as needed
- Must be able to schedule and attend appointments on Saturdays
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual preferred (not required)
