Free RV camping near the beach and dunes for onsite security monitoring at a storage yard. No hookups. You will need a smartphone to monitor security system alerts, reset the security cameras, call the property manager if problems arise, and contact law enforcement if needed. Open the gate in the morning and close it at night. Not a lot of work, just "eyes on".
There are no hookups. You will need to be responsible for having your own solar power/generator, water supply, and sewage disposal. Water and sewer dump is available nearby at Tugman State Park and others.
A storage unit is included, but a deposit is required.
You will need to have your own decent-looking RV in good operating condition. Please reply with photos of your RV that you intend to live in and a little resume about you and your qualifications. Please do not reply if you do not currently have an RV.
