Established residential repaint company looking to hire 1–2 skilled painters who can take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Pay is up to $30/hour for qualified painters.
We are looking for true professionals — not entry-level painters. Ideal candidates should be able to manage projects efficiently, solve problems in the field, communicate professionally with customers, and help lead crews when needed.
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of professional painting experience
Owns and maintains a basic set of painting tools
Owns a truck or van capable of transporting equipment
Ability to supervise and lead a crew
Strong problem-solving skills
Takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience
Produces clean, high-quality work consistently
Requirements:
Professional residential painting experience
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Punctual and dependable
Available to work 32–48 hours per week
Knows how to properly clean and maintain painting equipment
