We own a four properties in Detroit MI and need someone who can help us with general maintenance and simple repairs, cleaning central hallways and walkways, snow shoveling, showing apartments to prospective tenants, post move clean up, etc.
This will be one or two days a week and each week be week will different depending on what needs to be done.
