VCENTRUS is growing its field team and is seeking roofing contractors to take on an active REO and property preservation project. We assign consistent work to crews who move efficiently, deliver high-quality roofing results, and meet strict industry standards.
If you have experience working on bank-owned or foreclosure properties, understand how to meet deadlines, handle documentation, and follow compliance requirements, we want you on our team. We value contractors who respond quickly, stay organized, and confidently use technology to manage work orders and upload updates without delays.

Remove and Replace – Felt Paper
Remove and Replace – Ridge Cap
Remove and Replace – Sheathing (1/2)
Remove and Replace – Edge Metal
Remove and Replace – Asphalt Shingle

You must complete the assignment on time, follow instructions exactly, and meet investor, bank, and client standards on the job. Communicate clearly, submit updates promptly, and ensure your work passes inspection the first time.
Payment Structure:
The total payout for this project is $6,372.00
Half of the payment will be released on the day of completion of work. The other half will be sent upon verification of the work. This will take a maximum of 7days.
