The Human Resource Generalist has both administrive and stregic responsibility, mainly in the function of Employee Relions, but also helping to plan and administer HR functions such as staffing, training and development, and compension and benefits. The HR Generalist is relied on for their detail-oriented processes and interpersonal skill to help administer various HR initiives for internal and external personnel.
• Support one team HR mindset by using customer-focused approach to deliver HR solutions through effective partnerships across Employee Relions, the HR organizion, and other supporting functions as necessary.
• Partner with Human Resources partners and management in providing HR support and ER subject mter expertise to recommend approprie action to resolve employee disputes and concerns.
• Engage in proactive, stregic approach to ER by identifying employee relions trends, recommending solutions th address root-cause of potential ER issues, and partnering with leadership on developing and executing action plans.
• Identify, investige, and resolve issues of employee concern or conflict in an approprie and timely manner.
• Maintain detailed and accure account of investigion with timely memorializion of the notes and supporting documents into the HR case management system.
• Build and nurture strong relionships with business leaders and key stakeholders; partner with colleagues inside and outside of HR to innove, enhance, align and drive the effectiveness of HR initiives.
• Provide regular and proactive communicion to local HR and management around cases in assigned area.
• Maintain and support positive employee relions within assigned MU where associe experience is monitored, and recommendions made.
• Help drive implemention of function-wide HR programs within assigned associe groups.
• Performs other reled duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 plus years of HR experience
• Experience in working in a manufacturing / high velocity warehouse / sales operions environment.
• Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to cree a positive work environment.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Persuasive communicion and interpersonal relionship management skills with all levels of employees.
• Possesses a bias for action and sense of urgency, while able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
• Experience and comfort in working in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communicion skills.
• Computer litere with MS Office, advanced Excel and other reled business and communicion tools.
• Fantastic organizional and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
