This is a John Deere 10ft Model B grain with the galvanized boxes. The turnbuckle in the front lowers and raises the discs to engage the drill for planting. This drill is on 7 inch centers will give you a very tight stand 30% more than your typical 10inch center drill. Good drill for hay operation. This drill is fluted which means it is very user friendly for adjusting seed rate for ponds per acre. This drill will plant various seeds like wheat, oats, milo, hay grazer, soybeans , and other seeds. Has 2-new gears, 2-new tires, 2-new turnbuckles 14-drag chains. This drill has all the original metal tubes which is a big plus. Has good used discs and I will give an extra disc with sale of this drill. I have other drills with grass boxes, and drills that are perfect for deer food plots and hay operation. Drill has an agitator that turns seed when planting. I have pull behind drills that are 7 1/2 ft nice deer plot planters or small acreage. I can load on a trailer . God bless and thanks for looking
