I bought this drill 6 months ago thinking I was going to clear some land and plant oats or wheat with it. That’s not going to happen. The drill is complete and not in bad shape. The coulters, feet, seed tubes and drag chains are all there. It is a hydraulic system to raise and lower. I have not tested it or used the drill, but based on my previous experience with a John Deere B, the drill is should work fine. It will need grease and attention. It is 14 feet wide and has one seed chamber. It could be cut in two and you could make two 7 foot drills for deer plots, or just use it to plant pasture.
