Hey y’all! We’re a small family ranch in Cross Plains, Texas, raising premium American Wagyu/Angus beef that’s grass-fed, grain-finished, and free of all the junk — no hormones, antibiotics, or steroids.
We offer bulk beef shares, bundles, and individual cuts depending on what we have available. Steaks come standard at 1 inch thick, and if you order a beef share, you can even customize your cuts and thickness.
We personally deliver within 200 miles of Cross Plains or can ship anywhere in the U.S. in insulated boxes with dry ice.
A price list for all individual cuts is attached. You can place orders by phone, through our website, or pick up directly from the ranch by appointment if you’d like to meet us and see where your beef comes from.
