Northside Table is Hiring a Chef
Northside Table, a new Southern comfort restaurant with an Alaska twist, is looking for an experienced Chef / Kitchen Leader to run both back-of-house kitchen operations and assist with front-of-house coordination at our restaurant in Juneau, Alaska.
This is a great opportunity for a chef who wants to lead a kitchen, build a team, and experience life in Alaska.
Position Details
• Salary: Approximately $60,000 per year (DOE)
• Full-time leadership role
• Restaurant hours: 6 AM – Midnight

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage kitchen operations (Back of House)
• Support coordination of Front of House service flow
• Maintain food quality, menu standards, and consistency
• Manage staff scheduling and kitchen team leadership
• Inventory management and ordering
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
• Experience as a Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
