About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly Customer Service Representative to join our local team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls, emails, or chat messages from customers.
* Help troubleshoot basic customer issues and answer product/service questions.
* Maintain accurate, detailed notes in our customer database.
* Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating multiple tabs, using email).
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or call centers is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
