Located in Abilene, TX, we’re on the lookout for a dedicated Supervised Play Worker to join our team. If you love working with kids and have an eye for creating memorable experiences, this could be the perfect role for you!
As a Supervised Play Worker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring children have a safe and enjoyable time at The Lab. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and engaging with children during play activities.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Ensuring safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Assisting in setting up and cleaning up play areas.
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians when needed.
We’re searching for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
- The ability to stay organized and attentive in a lively environment.
