DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO SUBMIT A FILM TO FILM HUB?

Hello! I just completed an animated film which I describe as an "anti-Matrix dynamo." I don't quite understand how to submit it to Film Hub. Does one have to be a paid member to do so? The cost is prohibitive for a guerilla guy. I would rather not just throw it up on YouTube, although I did upload a sneak preview onto that site. Are there any other services like Film HUB? Does everything in film have to have the same boring leftist bias?
