Position Summary

- Track and manage material usage, purchasing, and on-hand inventory
- Assist in updating bills of material and part catalogs as products evolve
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure alignment between material orders and actual production needs

- Assist with price updates, volume discounts, and system-wide inventory changes

Qualifications & Ideal Experience

- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems such as Zoho, NetSuite, Fishbowl, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of sales order workflows, purchasing systems, and bill of material structure
- Comfortable maintaining data across spreadsheets and digital systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
Preferred (not-required)
- Background in manufacturing, construction, or supply chain environments
