This beautiful old Sea King 5 (h.p.) outboard motor has been kept indoors since the mid-1970s. This motor was sold by Montgomery Ward in the early 1950s. The nice hand-built wooden stand comes with it. My friend and I noticed it still has some old gas in it but it cranked when we pulled the cord so it probably only needs to have the old gas drained out, the tank cleaned out, new gas with oil put in, and the spark plug changed. I'd love to see it fully restored and in use again after all of those years. Last photo is of a restored Sea King 5. Price: $250 cash. Will consider taking silver coins or small collectible items for partial payment. Must pick up at my home in Brownwood.
