condition: excellent
make / manufacturer: Ford
model name / number: GPW
For Sale: Authentic WWII Ford GPW Military Jeep.
Clear Texas Blue Title, in my name, in my hand, not bonded--PERFECT, ready to transfer.
Price: $6200.00 FIRM, my sell point has already been reduced. Cash only at pick up in person. NO checks. If you are out of state or long distance we can work out payment(s) through zelle, venmo, cash app or pay pal. You must agree to pay the fees to use any of these methods for payment.
NO HOLDS without a verbal commitment (an on-the-phone conversation), backed up by a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit. The balance of $6200.00 must be paid in full within 7 days time or you forfeit your deposit.
POTENTIAL TRADES: Weed-free fertilized round bale hay, (you deliver, I can unload a double-stack).
LOOK: If you have to ask your wife for permission or you need to "discuss" the purchase with anyone else, or you don't have the disposable income / cash to purchase this beautiful piece of WWII history, please work that out BEFORE you contact me. I'd hate for you to waste your time, and more importantly, I'd hate for you to waste my time.
CONDITION: The frame is surface rust only, just dirt and grease. This frame is SOLID, but it's been hit in the front or likely had some kind of incident with a tow-bar. That will need repair. The Body tub is miraculously beautiful and will need only minor work from previous minor modifications, (CJ filler neck and misc. bolt-on additions). The floors and hat-channel are ORIGINAL to the jeep tub and are rust-free! The front seats are near PERFECT. Dash is uncut and beautiful, brass fittings and original rivets are still self-evident. The OEM Ford Data tags are intact and original as are the brass rivets. The GPW Does NOT have the original engine. The motor in the jeep is a free-spinning Jeepster Super Sonic 6-cylinder flathead. It was installed without cutting or modifying the original frame or the tub firewall. It has a fully-functional PTO. This does have a 12V conversion.
Missing the following: original motor, air intake and related air intake components, original regulator, original combat rims, top bows, top bow hardware, rear seat, windshield frame, windshield frame hardware, seat cushions and original spare tire bracket and rear seat assembly.
This is an extremely RARE Ford-stamped, early production (17,000 series SN), authentic Ford GPW World War II military Jeep. This is a PERFECT prime candidate for restoration. MANY additional F-script spare parts will be included as a package and WILL NOT be sold separately. Extra pictures and videos provided upon verbal request; (after we've actually spoken). Voice call ( 200 fifty four ) three hundred '68 - '73 ninety 9 for an appointment to come and see the jeep in person.
PLEASE: DO NOT ask me for the SN. If you need that to make a decision, you'll have to send the deposit or come in person to see the SN yourself. To much criminal activity to release the SN by digital request.
I will deliver the jeep for fuel, mileage and time IN CASH as we agree, to your address you want the jeep to be delivered to by written quote anywhere. You don't pay me for delivery until the jeep is where you want it. BUT, you must pay for the jeep in full before it leaves our ranch. No refunds, best you are sure before you send me a non-refundable $1000.00 good faith deposit, because that's the only thing that will hold this beautiful Ford GPW. I will provide a full receipt by SN at sale with a digital image of the Jeep, SN and the title actually digitally imposed on the receipt. I will sign the title "open" no-date, upon your request. You will receive a picture of my driver's license at sale. *NOTE* AGAIN, I would strongly recommend you come to our ranch in person to actually see the jeep first-hand before making a decision. I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. This is the best, most solid WWII Jeep I've ever owned. I will take additional videos and photos for you as you need to make a decision if you are long distance, no problem. The Jeep is under cover in our barn and will stay that way until it is sold for $6200.00 cash or to the value of $7200.00 in trade for hay.
I am not interested in trades unless you've got weed-free fertilized round bale hay, and you will deliver or you pay for delivery. I can unload a double-stack. I'll credit you $100.00 per bale at 900-1000lbs of weed-free fertilized hay, regardless of type or mix. I can load the jeep on any type of trailer.
Jeep Location: May, Texas 76857. Thank you.
