Two Zone 27,000 BTU Mr. Cool Mini Split A/C Heat Pump DIY system. This is the gen 4 system with the 410A refrigerant basically the same as the new gen 5 with 454b refrigerant and a much lower cost. This DIY unit has the 7 year compressor and 5 year parts factory warranty!
The gen 5 model number is DIYM227HP0912-1 The retail cost is $3800.00 plus tax.
This Gen 4 system comes with the following.

1 9,000 BTU wall evaporator
