As our Remote Billing Clerk, you will ensure high accuracy across our real estate accounting records. This role handles transactions, agent commission allocations, and vendor statements.
1. Process, verify, and track monthly client billing statements and invoices.
2. Record incoming credit card, check, and online transfer payments accurately.
3. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances politely and professionally.
4. Manage, reconcile, and resolve billing discrepancies or ledger errors.
5. Maintain secure, digital records of agent files, vendor history, and client contacts.
6. Support our internal accounting department with month-end financial reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, billing, or accounts receivable.
2. Proven proficiency with QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas).
3. Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy.
4. High confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive financial data.
5. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, secure home office workspace.
