The guest house contains a bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a very comfortable queen futon, a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom with shower. Rooms are fully furnished and decorated in an eclectic Tex-Mex style. There is also cable TV, a CD/DVD player and a stereo.

The property is located on Elm Creek. You can sit on the large porch and watch the birds and enjoy the beautiful gardens and pond. An off-street parking space is provided.
