3 Bedroom 2 bath home, approximately 1600 sq ft house plus approx 200 sq ft. deck, house sits on culdesac with only 5 other houses, very quiet neighborhood, huge privacy fence backyard, central heat and air, Enormous living room with fireplace, laundry/utility room, everything electric, lots of mesquite trees, NOTE: House to be sold as-is.
