The brown trailer is a 20' dual axle trailer with spare tire. It has been gutted to the exterior metal and has all new interior. This trailer was redone by people that are in the interior construction business. You would have no idea how nice and clean the inside of this trailer is by looking at the out side. Not one bug has ever touched me in this trailer. The walls are 5/8ths inch T1-11 wood and the ceiling is 3/8ths T1-11wood also. The floor is linoleum and the counters are composite with back splash behind the stove area. Stainless sink, refrigerator, microwave and digital A/C. Vent hood above the stove and oven works also. Heavy insulation in the walls and ceiling and all new storm windows. Two twin beds with new pillow top mattresses. Hand made curtons hung and a long sitting bench. There is no bath room but more than ample storage space. Great for two guys with lots of gear. $1500.00
The other trailer is in original condition and is a 22' dual axle trailer with spare tire. It is fully functioning with some minor repairs needed to the copper water line in the bathroom. A/C is ridiclulous and it has a full size refrigerator. All appliances work and it has two twin beds a full bed at the dinner table and full bed, as a folding bunk bed above the other full. Good storage space and could be real nice with TLC. $1000.00
