This is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood.  It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.  It has a full dining room, living room, finished family room, and 3 spacious bedrooms.  It also has a fenced in front and back yard.  Dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer are already in the house.  Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, electric and it has a gas powered furnace for heat).<br>
<br>
This house has central air/heat.  I will allow WELL BEHAVED pets.  The carpet is brand new, so any animals MUST be well behaved.<br>
<br>
The reason the rent is so cheap is because I finally just got a tenant evicted for not paying rent for nearly 5 months now.  It was a very long and very expensive process, and to make things worse, I didn't have the money coming in to cover the mortgage payment on this house.  Because of that, I desperately need to get a tenant into this home as soon as possible, and I figure an inexpensive rent payment is the best way.<br>
<br>
I'd like to have whoever moves in sign a 1 year lease, but I am willing to give a little in that are.  Where I AM NOT willing to give is this:  You must not have any red flags on your credit report (electric bill in collections, water bill in collections, etc.).  I REALLY NEED to make sure the tenant that moves in is responsible and is DEFINITELY going to pay the rent ON TIME every month.  I simply can't go through another fiasco like the one I described above.<br>

Please don't try to lie, as I will ask for a credit check verification!!<br>
<br>
I'll be asking for first and last months rent as a security deposit.<br>
